    RETURNS

    Once receiving your items, you have 21 days to contact us via email at: support@gall-laboratories.com for returns. We will communicate with you through the entire process and help to either exchange size, apply a customer credit or apply a full refund to your original form of payment. Items will only be returnable under the circumstance that the garments are in the same new condition as received, intact with hangtags and original packaging.

    SHIPPING

    All JG1 orders come with free worldwide shipping, no matter what the total order amount is. We also use multiple couriers such as: ups, dhl and fedex and will usually ship within 1-3 days after the order is made, depending on the order size. The delivery is then received by the purchaser approximately 2-5 days thereafter.
